****** luggage

I travelled from Boksburg to Amanzimoti. When I arrived at my destination, I realised that my luggage bag got ******. The driver Lucky didn't issue the bags as per the labels. The bag could have got ****** at the Durban bus station or Pietermaritzburg stop.

This is utter negligence!!!!!

I called the customer care line & there's no help either. Unprofessional service !!!!!!?
