during December holiday 2017 went to King williams town from Park station on the departing 21st,while checking in I notice drivers didn't mark luggages so I question why they did not mark the luggages and was told nothing but ignored,when I dis em barked from the bus at my destination I discovered my luggage was gone during travelling.i already queried the matter on the 22nd up to now and no positive answer. I think this service is very unprofessional and customer service is terrible. Can I please have an urgent response as all my personal items and clothing was in that luggage.Please help me.
