Shutdown intercity xpress

I canceled my bus tickets for December 2025. It is a big amount R3690. On the 22 December 2025. They said they will refund me within 15 to 30 working days. Now they they said yesterday 12 February 2026 they can't refund me I need to rebook with that amount. They won't refund me. Very poor client etiquette and the issue is on their side. I want to open a cast again them. They don't even reply to my emails anymore. The worst service ever. They don't want to put you through to a manager or someone in higher territory.
