SHUTDOWN INTERCITY EXPRESS/EAGLELINER

I've been waiting for a bus since 23:30pm from Nelspruit to Johannesburg. I called customer services, spoke to Nkosikhona who sounded drunk and sleepy, and kept telling us that the bus is 20mins since 23:30. And only at 01:45 decided to send a sms of their apology for delay.

Their services are very bad, considering the stop is at a filling station with no safely, & security protecting its customers.
