Shukurani Mbwana amazing service

I ordered tickets online on the 26 Dec, Saturday and the website had a glitched. it took the money but didn't send me further to where I get my ticket. I tried calling all the numbers on the website for 2 days straight but non of which were working. I decided to sent through an email instead and thank heavens I got a speedy response from one of the assistance named Shukurani Mbwana.

She was absolutely amazing. She kept in contact with me the entire day reserving the issues. and called me back every time she had an update and help me rebook my tickets over the phone. I just want to show gratitude to Shukurani, her service was amazing. We need more Shukurani in our service industry
