Should be investigated by the consumer council

Cancelled tickets well in advance of planned trip. (20/12/19). Have made numerous attempts to contact them via call center, Email, WhatsApp and FB, and NOBODY knows what they are doing! I have NEVER done business with a company like this before! They keep telling me different stories, and none of their stories add up or match!
