Shocking service/ Dissatisfied customer

<p>My family and I travelled from JHB park station to Scottburgh Mall on the 23/12/2016, our bus was scheduled for 9:00 and only arrived at 10:15, not once were we told that the bus would be running late or any explanation , to top it all we were first in the que and a whole bunch of other people came and cut the que and sytood in front of us , we advised the Intercity security and nothing was done , when we finally boarded the bus it was infested with ****roaches, I will never use this bus service ever again and would not recommend them to any of my family or friends.</p>
