Shocking dangerous service, or lack lack thereof

The experience does not rate a star. Not sure why HP do not have a negative star system. The customer was left stranded in the rain in a dangerous area. The driver failed to slow down at the pickup point, let alone stop. Multiple emails have been ignored. Shocking and despicable service. I would not let my worst enemy drive on your busses in future.
