Shocking and disgusting bus service

We booked with intercity xpress from Port Shepstone to Midrand for 29 November 2023 8pm and return from Midrand to Port Shepstone on 3 December 2023 8am. We paid in full. The 8pm bus was 10 minutes late and the 8am bus for 3 December didn't even show. We had to book with another bus company which cost us another R1560 so we can get back home. Intercity xpress after several phone calls started getting very rude then just didn't bother answering phone calls. How do I get refund for the bus that never even showed up at all
