This bus company super terrible service or better word is **** service ever - i booked online the payment went throught and their f****ing system never sent me the reference for my booking yet my money was taken - now struggling to get my refund the consultants at the station in Durban have bad attitude unable to help or somehow and whatsapp number also terrible they read messages and not respond - Wish the transport administration council can close this **** company - I hate this buses not again, even the people close to me will make sure they don't become the victims like myself..
