The bus Arrived at Pietermaritzburg @ 20: 23 which is very frustrating and unprofessional. I was told that the bus waited for more than 2 hours at Vereeniging as they were waiting for the bus as they were picked up by the sprinter from Signet. 5 up to 30 minutes delay isunderstandable however 3hours 20 minutes is ridiculous. I will never use your services any more . My 1st experience with you is PATHETIC .
