Very disappointed in the service rendered to me. Firstly the bus driver was very rude. Secondly we boarded the bus at 8.20 left to go make a stop at East Rand then to Lakeside were we had to jump of the current bus and board another bus. My ticket was booked to leave for Durban at 8.30 from Johannesburg but we only departed from Benoni at 10.02. Never again will I use this bus service. Absolutely appalled
