****s with bad service

They don’t even deserve the 1 star😡

I cancelled 1 of the 2 tickets I booked on 4July 2026 but both tickets were cancelled after receiving a confirmation that only one is cancelled.

I have been **** to since 4 July 2026 regarding my refund. I spoke to Beauty who confirmed that my refund was processed on the 4th of July and told me to wait for 21-30 days. On the 17th August 2026, I followed up and spoke to Baxolile who told me there’s a delay, the refund has already been submitted they’ll follow up and I should receive the funds on Saturday 22 August. Today I’m calling again as I have not received the refund, I spoke to Lerato who was rude and not in the mood to assist so she dropped the call after telling me that the refund was only submitted on the 17 August when I followed up.

This is beyond ridiculous, I guess this is their way of *****ing peoples money if they don’t follow up. I will never use this bus service and I want my money.
