Rude staff

I have been using this bus line for many years and I continuously keep having numerous encounters with rude employees and I never voice it out.

I took a night bus from durban to OR TAMBO , the attendant at the DURBAN reception was incredibly rude, speaking to me anyhow, i asked his name as he was wearing a maroon suit he refused to give me his name. And I told him it’s fine and I moved on.

Whilst on the bus I kindly ask the driver to confirm that they will be stopping at OR TAMBO as I kept hearing people talking about Johannesburg station. He rudely embarrassed me in front of people and said when you bought your bus ticket where did you say you were going? I was left embarrassed and in disbelief. This kind of behaviour from intercity express employees is unacceptable
