Rude driver, bad service

Today, my daughter and I took a bus from pietermaritzburg at 10:30am to Vereeniging 16:50. The bus kept stopping everywhere. At Heidelberg, the bus stopped again and some guy came to check our tickets and signed them. The bus drove to OR airport, that's when I questioned if it would go to Vereeniging. Did the bus driver not turn into an evil man. He started shouting loud that in Heidelberg there was a taxi brought for people going to Vereeniging, why didn't we jump off. I told him we were not told to jump off as the guy came to check our tickets and saw we going to Vereeniging but kept quiet. Then the bus driver said, yes in the taxi there were 22 people, then you 2 didn't jump in. I asked him, if you saw the taxi was missing 2 people, why not make sure it's 24 before leaving. He got angry when I asked him that. So he and the guy did this on purpose. I asked him what must we do now? He then said he doesn't care, it's none of his business, he would just leave us some place we don't know and we would have to take a taxi to park station then see what we do. He really doesn't care. The way he was so loud and rude. It's not only us who he went past the stops with. Other 2 ladies as well he past their stops with. I told him I'd report him, he said he doesn't care. We only got home at 10pm. This bus is the worst bus ever. This bus service must be shut down.
