Rude driver and bad customer care

Greetings

Bad service ever.

We were a group of four ladies booked a returned ticket from the 17 February 2026 at 14:40 to Port Elizabeth and we returned on the 21 February 2026 at 16:30 from 260 cape road bus terminal .

Coming back on the 21st February from PE .. We realised that we left our four jackets at the cape road station. We were at our second stop.We calmly tried to ask the driver if it’s possible to return back to the bus terminal or arrange for the following bus to load our jackets he then started being rude and swearing at us.

His exacts words were “ do we have diesel to pour on the bus to go back to cape road “ .. he then ignored us.

We are not pleased with this kind of behaviour as we are customers and we feel that there are ways to resolves issues like this.

His name is Blessing he drove bus number 973 on the 21st February from PE to Bosman . We used the same driver going and coming back and his behaviour was like this even other customers were complaining.

We spoke to Lesego from head office said she will arrange that they'll load them but there is no response since
