Rude call centre staff

Worse service ever. Bus driver left without picking up passenger. Say they contacted passanger, but no call was made to the phone. When contacted they were rude and very unhelpfull saying it's the passagengers fault for not being there even though he was there. And then hung up the phone twice while the passanger was still talking!
