Rude and inconsiderate drivers

I an traveling from Pretoria to Petermaritzburg on Intercity Xpress bus that left Pretoriaat 11am, today 21/11/23. Other passengers are allowed in the bus with their carry on language except me. I have told the driver more than once that I want my carry on suitcase with me and he is refusing. Intercity xpress office, I pray to God that I find my Carry on language at the end of my journey. It is called cabin or carryon luggage 🧳 for a reason. It weighs less than 10 kg. I shall leave it here. That's why I hate road public transport because of these rude and inconsiderate drivers.
