******* service, terrible attitude and a really ******* company.

Messed up students booking....booked it a day later than it should have been and left him stranded in Grahamstown with no where to go for the night. The company admitted that they had made the error after reviewing the taped conversation. When asked how the situation was going to be rectified and where the person would sleep for the night he was told : " Thats not our problem!" When the supervisor was approached for help she wouldnt even divulge her name and was totally *********** at handling the situation....useless . This is not the first bad experience, there have been may others with the same lack of respect. I would strongly suggest that all persons look for alternatives to this company and use it only as a very last, desperate resort.
