Road unworthy Buses and life at risk

My parents got in the bus on 06/05/2024 at 6PM and where supposed to arrive in Germiston on the 07/05/2024. The bus had a brake down for 4HRs while they were still in Eastern and was fixed but after a few hours it had a second breakdown at Welkom. And they have been be standing outside the bus for more than 4HRS waiting for someone to come fix the bus. I am very disappointed that such a big and successful company can allow a faulty bus on the Road, they have placed the lives of my parents at risk as they have been standing outside and have not had anything to eat for Hours. Also what if the bus had been involved in an accident due to it being faulty and not road worthy? . Business registration number: KS32XV GP
