My in-laws came down from the Coast to visit us in JHB. now remember they are well into their 70's. they bought their tickets at a Checkers. When they got on the bus MIL started chatting to another "pensioner" passenger and found out that she only paid half YES half of what they paid per ticket. I then requested a price on the whatsapp nr and they gave me a price of R455 per person. a R100 difference is still doable i think but then I contacted Intercity customer care and they just blatantly refuse to help or investigate. How the hell is on person's ticket R355 and my in-laws paid R760 per person. I'm appalled. Ripping of pensioners. well, that's a nice one. i will go out of my way to make sure that people know.
