REFUSING TO DO HIS JOB

<p>My 16 year old daughter traveled from Port Shepstone on 5 January 2017 at 20:00 to OR Tambo Airport (... this is what we paid for...) In the early hours (+- 04:40) of 6 January 2017 the bus driver stopped at Park Station (as he was suppose to) all the people got off the bus, except my daughter - as she is suppose to go to the next stop - O R Tambo Airport. So the driver decided that my money is not good enough and he will not do his job, so, he told my daughter to get of the bus, as he is not taking her to her paid destination, as she is the only one going there. When she told him that she does not have anyone at Park Station to pick her up, he said that he doesn't care, and that she must get of the bus. When she panicked and said she does not know how to get to OR Tambo from there, he said that he will give her money to take a taxi to the Airport. She refused as she was afraid. AGAIN she was told to get off the bus. Afraid of the driver she got off the bus... Luckily she got hold of her father (whom was waiting for her at OR Tambo Airport) only after 6:00 in the morning, who then went to pick her up.</p> <p>I contacted the Intercity express via their 'contact me' on their site 4 times to try and sort this out... Up and until today, they have not contacted me.</p> <p>This is very unprofessional and very very BAD!</p>
