Refund Request

I cancelled the bus trip on the 16/08/2022 in PE Eagle City and I was adviced that I will get the refund in 15 working days. Today is the 8/09/2022 and my bank account is still not credited. I have been sending WhatsApp messages to the number *** nd I was adviced that I will only get the money in 30days.

Please pay back my money, you took the cancellation fee already.
