Refund processing

Horrible customer care, I’ve been waiting for my refund since the 19th of December 2025, it’s the 9th of January 2026 and everytime I call the customer service the story changes, the call center agents will say please hold on I’m checking it on the system for you and leave me on the phone for an hour till I hang up.

I don’t recommend this bus, so inconvenient and they lie for no reason being ****mers whereas they are a big company like this. I’m really disappointed
