Refund- Poor Customer Service

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing delay in receiving my refund. I logged the request on December 21st and was told it would take 7 to 14 working days to process. After waiting the initial period, I followed up last week and was told the payment would be completed this week. I checked again on Monday and was informed that the payment was "in process." However, today when I reached out, it seems like they have no idea what I’m talking about and there’s no record of my refund request. This lack of communication and follow-through is very disappointing, and I am still waiting for a resolution. I still have not received my refund
