Refund not paid since December 2025

I have been calling this bus what what for two tickets refund that were canceled in December 2025. The only response I get is they have a backlog in the finance department. I need the money as in yesterday. The supervisor is nowhere to be found. I was promised she would give me a call and I'm still waiting for the call.
