Refund

I have accidentally booked a bus sometime early June 2024. Followed up on a refund and I was advised it has been processed and it will take a month to reflect. Made a follow their line not going through... followed up on their whatsapp business number and they only reply after 5 hours with 1 reply should you respond trust me they will never ever get back to you! Pathetic service
