REFUND

I booked a bus for my nephew traveling from PE to Durban. The bus was supposed to leave on the 8/12/2023 Saturday. The bus couldn't leave PE because there were issues with the taxi association, I don't want to dwell on that. My nephew decided to travel back home the next day after he spent the night in the bus station. I cancelled the bus ticket and requested for a refund. I was told it takes up to 15 days to get a refund. I cancelled the ticket on the 11 December 2023 and requested for refund the same day. In my calculations 15 days ended on the 6/1/2024. I tried calling the call centre I cannot get through. I went to their offices now I'm being told about their waiting being period that is 15 - 21 days which I was never informed about that. I need this company to pay back my refund I need that money. This is the worst bus company ever and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
