Last month on the 27 of April I refund the bus ticket they told me to wait for 21 days to get my refund today am here by there offices they told me to call bus bug online they refund my money there bt I didn’t book my ticket online n the lady here she can’t help me the persons who was doing my refund is not here she is off Yonela n the lady that is here today is Sashar
