Refund

I am beyond being disappointed 😞 I requested for a refund on the 21 Sept 2025 till today I still I still haven’t received the money.

I don’t know how many times I have called them and they say I will get it within 7 days. And that comes and pass within no refund made. Even the consultant that I last spoke to when I was confirming the ref no. was so shocked that Finance hasn’t made my refund.
