If I ever, ever book a bus with you guys again I sure must be crazy. Is it fair for me to pay R685 for a bus to be 2 hours late and for your consultants to keep lying about arrival time? Mind you, you're not doing any of us a favor, we paid for these services. "No refund" we must wait for the bus. Fancy coming from you coz you're not sitting out in the cold.

This is clearly your guys MO. I want my refund because I now have to go home and book a reliable bus
