I chased after a bus for a solid 10 minutes, it didn’t stop, after my bus was more than an hour late, thinking that is my bus only to see a second bus pass me when I’m driving back, why do your drivers not call passengers, or why didn’t the first bus stop to let us know the second bus will pick us up. This is bad business ,any normal person would be concerned if the bus coming in doesn’t stop to pickup after waiting for more than an hour for a bus, I need a refund
