Potch to PTA - Poor service/disappointing/frustrating

I would NOT recommend this bus to anyone!! Worst experience from any bus service considering I have travelled on all the different ones available in SA.

Not only was the bus almost 2 hours late, I arrived 30 mins before the time as it stipulates that passengers/travellers should arrive at the bus stop 30 mins before the time of departure. The bus was supposed to depart at 11h05 from Sasol in Potchefstroom (N12) but departed at 13h10. Arrival time in Pretoria was supposed to be 13h40 but ended up arriving at 16h30. It is totally unacceptable that passengers/travellers are not notified or informed if there are changes. The customer care line is always receiving a large volume of calls probably because most customers are absolutely perturbed with the services they receive.

Change your ways seriously...we are paying customers who would like to arrive at our destinations during the times stipulated by YOU (Intercity Xpress) on the tickets!!!
