Poor Services

I have a complaint about your buses not being appropriate for providing services to humans. The bus smelled of **** from Durban to JHB. Your charging ports are not working and the driver didn't communicate about the routes to Boksburg. I had to sort myself out when I got to Park Station and I paid R435 to take me from Durban to Boksburg. The seats are broken and the person behind can't set properly. I honestly believe you should stop your services. It's unhealthy to be in a bus smelling of **** for 8 hours full. You guys are disappointing. I would never ever use your buses or refer the next person. Daily maintenance is needed in your buses.
