POOR SERVICE-INTERCITY EXPRESS

I have experienced a worst terrible service from these unkind people. I was accompanying my 77 year old mom who was supposed to depart at park station by 1900hs to Bulawayo on Saturday the 31st of November 2019 They only provided a "shuttle bus" at 2215hs to take them to the "main bus" for more than 3 hours of delayment no one seemed to care to communicate with the passengers what was going on. We ended up asking a lady who was on the lap top at the exit and she said there is nothing that she can do the only thing that she can say was that she sent an SMS to apologies to passengers but not a single person received it in that ordeal. This has been for the third time having such a bad experience with InterCity it seems they are just a bunch of unorganised company. they really need an audit if they are really capable of transporting passengers if they are failing to handle the pressure on the 31st of November ,how about on the 15th of December when people start travelling in large numbers. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this bus service at all. Its a disgrace!!!!!!!
