Poor Service. Heartless. ****mers.

I booked this bus from Qumbu to Jhb on the 13th of Oct @17h30 for my fragile elderly Mother. Bus didn't pitch. Only to be told by unprofessional useless rude callcentre that the bus is not available. She was stranded and left hopeless. Druggies were around waiting to rob/mug her and her safety was compromised since it was late. several calls and emails unanswered. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS. ****mers and heartless...
