Poor service from intercity bus

I traveled with bus no:340 from Pretoria to East London on 14 September 2023. What a horrible experience, the drivers dont care about time, they stop at every garage for more than a hour. I asked them to keep time and they told me that this is a public transport and if i want to be on time, i must use a flight or my own car. I did not manage to atrend my meeting on time because the bus arrived 4 hours late than the scheduled time. I dont recommend anyone to use the bus.
