Poor service
What a bad service, I have been in park Station since 20h00 for a 21h00 bus to scottburg but we are just standing here, no feedback and the staff are telling us that they don't know what time are we going to get a bus,it's really bad I am supposed to be in my destination by 5h30,,your customer care is very poor,,,, and this is not the first time experiencing such a problem

04 Jan 2020, 05:30Just when I thought it couldn't get better,we were loaded in a Kalamazoo bus which is now stuck in the middle of of freeway, they are waiting for a battery, your service really sucks why aren't your busses serviced, you are just collecting our money without caring whether we reach our destinations,,do you have any idea of what this delay is coasting me, surely you don't give a damn because we are just passenger's,,,#****edoff
