Poor service at intercity express

Their service suck, to start with their bus was an hour later and finally when it comes the driver does not stop he just passed and when the petrol attendant tried to stop him, he didn't even bother to stop and When we call the customer line they say it's our fault

First they said we were late and secondly they said they called the driver and he said there was traffic why didn't we go to the bus

They won't refund us
