Poor service at intercity bus

Intercity bus refused to reschedule our departure to Johannesburg after hearing about the heavy snow, now we are roaming the streets of KZN the bus driver is lost. We've been in the bus from 6:30am its now 17:41 and the bus hasn't stopped even once at any garage. There's kids in the bus hungry. Very poor service from intercity.
