Poor service and rudeness

I'd like to write an review about this bus Intercity Xpress that I am travelling with today.

From East London we departed around 14H20, 2025 June 22. The drivers are very rude, they are telling us not to use toilet paper in their toilet yet they don't wanna stop the bus into the garage so that we relieve ourselves.

I have a 2 year old baby, that wanted me to buy her June, I told them they didn't want to give me a chance to explain. My daughter last ate from East London around 13H00 😭😭 I'd never use this bus again. And I wouldn't even recommend it. From Peddie to Plettenberg bay that is where we gonna get break. What about my urine? The bladder? I'm so disappointed with this bus sorry ! Its my 1st time and last time.
