Poor service and bad bus condition

What a very poor service by Intercity express, the bus is smelling poo and there water leaks inside coming from the back. My trip got delayed by two hours and the condition of the bus is not in a good condition. It was my first n last time n I have experienced what I wouldn't want someone else to experience it to. I regret persuing this company service
