POOR SERVICE

Good evening

Me and my husband was traveling on your bus from Pretoria to Port Shepstone we got stuck.at the side of the road now for nearly two hours when I phoned your call centre the lady told me that they have a problem with passengers that dont want to get back on the bus and that there is nothing wrong with the bus. My question is we are all paying customers why must we all suffer because of this surely someone could have sorted this problem by now. If no one come back to me within the next hour I am personally going to report this to the Road Transport Assosiation and at Hello Peter and in every newspaper in South Africa. This is really unfair towards our other passangers here is small children on the bus that must also suffer because of this.

PLEASE SORT THIS ASAP
