poor service

What a waist of time poor service from this company and its an express, we stucked between Pietermaritzburg and Montrose for 12hrs without any help from 2am to 9am. We have to wait for the bus from jhb to pick us up . this is totally nonsense . Was suppose to be on my wedding by 12 and we were still on the road until that afternoon yerrr. Kindly service your buses because it cost our lives and I need a refund asap
