POOR SERVICE

POOR SERVICE. I was supposed to arrived in jhb at 03:00 am but the bus broke down in Kokstad on the 4th January night and we spent 4 hours in Kokstad and the replacement they gave us travelled 10 km's and driver said its not in good condition and we had to turn back to Kokstad and used another replacement that was looking like a school tour bus, while we paid 1k + tickets and it was raining inside with drivers that were unprofessional, fighting with passengers and am not talking about hitting electric Poles before we even left Kokstad. we were supposed to be in jhb at 03:00 am in the morning but we got there at 15:00 pm and no one seemed to care, no communication, No nothing. very poor service and those replacements will cause a horrible accident very soon because they are not in good condition. that bus deserved R400 ticket price from mtata to jhb.
