Poor service

I took 20:10 bus last night from Durban to Johannesburg which stipulated that the bus will arrive at 04:15, the worst trip ever...Instead we got to Joburg at 06:00 and the rude staff member and driver didn't help us with our luggage and just opened the trailer and said "take your bags out"" The driver was super slow and honestly speaking the service was very poor.
