POOR SERVICE
Intercity Express Wow your service you don't even deserve quater of a star... Firstly the bus was delayed, but to top it all was their seats are dripping wet and it's leaking at the back seat, imagine from Durban to Johannesburg. By the time we get to Joburg we'll be soaking wet... POOR SERVICE
