Poor service

Intercity bus service is not reliable, they allow people to buy tickets and once the bus is full, they leave you stranded in the streets. My son waited for the bus the whole morning in Midrand. When I called intercity they said the bus didn't stop at Midrand because it was full from Johannesburg Parkstation. My son was stranded and had no where to go from there, as the ride was a connecting ride for him. The pain in our hearts caused by the Company. 😩
