Poor service

I'm not happy with your service. On the 2 of June 2023 I was on a bus from Hibberdene to joburg. The bus trip started at 20h15.... after passing PMB bus was no longer functioning the was it should be. Drivers they were busy up and down without letting us know what is happening. After sometime while we were parked in the kuvuki land where there is no help. Main driver let us know that the bus is over heated. Right now as I'm writing we are stuck at Montrose it's 6h00 , he just told us that we have to wait 3 and half hours for the bus from joburg to come and rescue us. I'm not happy about your service. Live alone the attitude we get from your Drivers, even though we try to respect them as they are elders but it's not helping they are always shouting at us with no reason.
