Poor poor service and worse communication

I'm still waiting for a 08:30 bus for 21 September 2019. It's now 12:52. No communication, just that the bus is on its way since 10:00, even on their watsapp line they said the bus is on its way. No indication of what time or what the real challenge is. Shocking service.
